At Maximum Fitness Training we take a serious interest in what the client is looking to achieve.  It doesn't end when you walk out the door.  We provide weekly health and nutritional newsletters, giving you constant motivation and tips referring to exercise and daily nutrition.   We offer recipes, so that the daily meals you prepare for yourself and your family won't get you off course!!

We offer a variety of training in a private, friendly environment where we look to keep your workout efficient, but also enjoyable! All members are able to enjoy the cardio equipment anytime the trainers are there.  No scheduled workout is necessary for cardio use.  We encourage our clients to come on other days and utilize this private benefit at no additional cost.
