Female Training

One on one training

This offers you total personal service where it's just you and the trainer attending to your individual needs.  Your program will be designed specifically for you.  There are never any contracts or obligations.  We can tailor everything to fit your schedule and your needs.  It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at or what your health challenges are, we can help you get to where YOU want to go!

Group Training

This offers you the ability to 'buddy up' with your friends (up to 4 total) for a group session.  Many people find this to be more fun and relaxing.  Also, if you know that your friends are expecting you, there will be less chance of wanting to 'skip' the gym!!

Bodyfat measuring

Offering the Tanita bodyfat scale T200, which is a non-invasive way to measure bodyfat, BMI (body mass index), BMR (basal metabolic rate),  hydration levels, bone, muscle and water mass, all of this just by stepping on the machine.

Cardio equipment

We have an array of cardiovascular equipment.  From ellipticals to crossrobics to the new HELIX 3000 lateral machine (see you tube for video), you will have the ability to change up your routine and never get bored from the traditional grind of cardio!

Core training

A strong core is essential to correctly perform strength training exercises, to lift a maximum amount of weight and to reduce your risk of injuries. We use many different techniques to vary your core training and avoid a plateau.

Contest preparation (Fitness and Bodybuilding)

After successfully competing in the arenas of bodybuilding and fitness for many years, we are able to guide you through the steps necessary to participate in fitness and/or bodybuilding shows.  This may not be your desired path, however, the knowledge that you will attain shall help you improve your health and body composition. 

Health and Wellness seminars

Many people today are having health and weight issues because of their food choices.  Nutrition isn't as complete as it was many years ago, we help educate people to teach them how to eat and supplement correctly for their current health issues.  Today many people spend too much money on unnecessary vitamins and supplements.  It's important that we learn what it is that our bodies need to function at peak efficiency.

Nutritional counseling

We take an individualized approach to helping you succeed in learning how to make the best choices to reach your maximum potential.  We will advise you with the latest advances in nutrition, supplementation and exercise.

Pre-natal advice

During pregnancy, exercise can help you stay in shape and prepare for labor and delivery.  We give you guidance on everything from exercise to nutritional recommendations to help you stay motivated.

Weight loss, increased agility and coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness all result from boxing.  Many think that boxing is all about the arms but it is actually a cardio workout for the whole body.  It's especially good for toning your bottom and quadricep muscles, which is perfect for women who want to lose weight around their bottom and thighs as part of an overall reduction program.
